Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager B2C Sales (Strategic & Mid-Tail Clients) Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore (One role each, or both based in Delhi) Company: Shadowfax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. About the Role We are seeking experienced Sales professionals to drive B2C client acquisition for our Strategic and Mid-Tail client segments (100200+ daily order volume). This role demands high ownership, strong solution-selling capabilities, and the ability to build and scale relationships with clients across logistics, e-commerce, D2C, retail, and distribution sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales acquisition for high-potential B2C clients (Strategic and Mid-Tail). Pitch logistics solutions across First-Mile, Last-Mile, Reverse Logistics, and related services. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and professional networking. Engage in senior-level (CXO and Operations Head) client discussions to present tailored solutions. Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding. Drive account activation, ramp-up, and seamless transition to Key Account Management. Conduct market mapping, benchmarking, and analysis of pricing, volumes, and margins. Monitor client performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate resolutions to accelerate growth. Work closely with Business Heads and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key Skills and Competencies Proven experience in B2C logistics sales or supply chain acquisition. Strong knowledge of logistics pricing, service levels, and e-commerce fulfillment. Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, negotiation, and closure at mid-to-large scale. Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders. Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools is desirable. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related fields. 2–6 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2C or express delivery segments. Notice Period Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
