Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager B2C Sales | Strategic & Mid-Tail Clients | Logistics / E-commerce We are looking to hire experienced Sales professionals to drive B2C client acquisition for our Large Strategic and Mid-Tail client segment (100–200+ daily order volume). This is a high-ownership, target-driven sales role requiring deep industry understanding, relationship building, and solution selling. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, onboarding, and scaling key logistics clients across e-commerce, D2C, retail, and distribution channels. Company: Shadowfax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 30 Days preferred Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Supply Chain or relevant fields 5–6 years of sales experience in logistics / supply chain / e-commerce industry Proven record of achieving sales targets in B2C or Express Delivery segments Key Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in B2C logistics sales / supply chain acquisition Domain knowledge of logistics pricing, SLAs, e-commerce fulfillment, etc. Proven negotiation & closure experience with medium to large clients Relationship building with client CXOs & Ops Heads Target orientation, self-motivated, and growth mindset Good command of Excel & analytical tools is a plus Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end sales acquisition for high-potential B2C clients (Strategic + Mid-Tail) Pitch logistics solutions across First-Mile, Last-Mile, Reverse Logistics, etc. Prospect and build a strong pipeline via cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, etc. Handle C-level conversations and pitch value-added solutions Collaborate with Operations, Tech, and Finance to close deals & enable onboarding Drive account activation, ramp-up, and transition to KAM Conduct market mapping and benchmark pricing, volume, and margin potential Track client performance and initiate resolution for growth bottlenecks Work closely with Business Heads & cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals
