Position: B2B Sales – Steel (Flats Product)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2+ years (B2B Sales)
We are hiring a high-energy B2B Sales professional to drive our Flat Steel business (HRR Coils) in the Southern region. You don’t need to come from the steel industry — we are looking for someone with strong B2B sales experience, hunger to grow, and the ability to build our market in Hyderabad.
What You’ll Do
-Drive sales & profitability for Flat products in the South
- Build and expand market presence with OEMs, fabricators, traders & end-users
-Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into orders
-Negotiate pricing, contracts & payment terms
-Track competitor activities, customer trends & local demand
-Work closely with leadership on planning, forecasting & growth
-Represent us at client meetings, visits & trade events
What We’re Looking For
-Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience
_ -Strong customer-handling, relationship-building & negotiation skills_
_ -High ownership, self-driven attitude, and strong market hustle_
_ -Ability to build customer pipeline in Hyderabad_
_ -Graduate degree (MBA is a plus, not mandatory)_
