Job Overview

Responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, building partnerships, and increasing revenue in the education sector. Requires strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and proven experience in business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales

• Identify, pursue, and convert new leads through outreach and networking.
• Conduct follow-ups and schedule home visits when needed.
• Build relationships with schools, societies, and other stakeholders.

Business Growth

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue expansion.
• Implement effective sales and business strategies.
• Run promotional and festive campaigns.

Market & Partnership Development

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Collect customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Identify and finalize strategic partnerships.

Client Management

• Maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Enhance brand visibility through various channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
