1. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers including retailers, distributors, traders, and small bulk buyers.
  
• Conduct market research to develop a strong pipeline in assigned territories.
  
• Generate inquiries through field visits, calls, digital platforms, and trade networks.
  

2. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  
• Provide product information, samples, and support for client evaluation.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  

3. Sales Execution

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for small bulk and retail packs.
  
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiation terms.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, logistics, and timely deliveries.
  

4. Market & Competitor Intelligence

• Monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
  
• Provide insights to management for product improvement and new opportunities.
  

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and territory activity reports.
  
• Provide regular MIS reports on sales progress, lead status, and pipeline forecasts.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good understanding of B2B sales dynamics (preferably FMCG, agriculture, spices, or organic products).
  
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
  
• Ability to meet targets and manage field activities independently.
