The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in oilseeds and meals trading, parity trade execution, and NCDEX cash-and-carry deals. Prior or current experience with leading commodity trading firms such as Cofco, Reliance, ADM, LDC, Adani, or Bunge will be highly preferred. Key Accountabilities: Domestic Trading: Manage oilseeds and meal positions, execute parity trades in the local market, and maintain price competitiveness. NCDEX Cash & Carry: Identify and implement profitable Cash and Carry strategies via NCDEX for beans and meals. Supply-Demand Support: Work closely with the Trade Analyst team to monitor S&D of Soybeans and Meals — including crush capacities, meal exports, stock positions, and government procurement programs . Trading Strategy Execution: Develop and execute short-term speculative and hedged trading strategies aligned with market movements and risk appetite. Profit & Loss Analysis: Reconcile trading books and prepare routine P&L reports, ensuring accuracy in reporting and performance assessment. Market Monitoring: Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer activities to identify new opportunities. Operational Issue Resolution: Address and resolve moderately complex issues independently, escalating only when necessary. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in Oilseeds and Meal domestic trading , including parity trade execution Minimum 4 years in the Oilseeds and Meals domain Demonstrated success in Cash and Carry opportunities – NCDEX (Beans and Meals) MBA from a reputed B-school Deep understanding of Soybeans & Meals S&D in India — including crush, exports, stocks, and government schemes Preferred Candidates From: Professionals currently or previously associated with: Cofco, Reliance, ADM, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), Adani Wilmar, Bunge , or similar agri-commodity trading houses.
