Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Faculty to teach Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Critical Reasoning for CLAT, IPMAT & CUET entrance exams. The role includes classroom teaching, mentoring, content creation, seminars, academic counselling during admissions, and supporting academic growth through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching

• Deliver engaging and high-quality classroom sessions in English, RC, VA & Critical Reasoning.
• Explain concepts clearly for students from diverse academic backgrounds.

2. Doubt Solving & Mentoring

• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions.
• Mentor students on reading habits, comprehension strategies, vocabulary development & exam planning.

3. Content Development

• Develop academic content: worksheets, assignments, mocks, vocabulary lists, CR questions, and reading sets.
• Revise and update material based on exam trends and performance analytics.

4. Academic Counselling

• Interact with parents & students to clarify academic queries during the admission process.
• Explain course structure, strategy & subject expectations.

5. Seminars & Outreach

• Conduct seminars, workshops, orientations, and scholarship test sessions.
• Participate in academic outreach & public-speaking engagements.

6. Academic Coordination

• Prepare structured lesson plans and ensure timely syllabus completion.
• Coordinate with academic team members for scheduled delivery and improvements.

7. Digital & YouTube Academic Sessions

• Conduct online classes & YouTube sessions on English/RC/VA/CR.
• Record academic videos and exam strategy sessions when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
