The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional B2B Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive our growth trajectory by building our brand presence and converting high-value enterprise opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a premium Salesforce consultancy backed by world-class technical credentials.
You'll be our go-to-market engine—someone who can both generate demand through strategic marketing and close complex consulting engagements with C-suite executives.
What You'll DoSales Responsibilities (60%)
- Own the full B2B sales cycle for enterprise Salesforce consulting engagements ($50K - $500K+ projects)
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with SMB & mid-market to enterprise clients
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery sessions and consultative sales conversations with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop compelling proposals, statements of work, and commercial terms
- Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships through signature
- Collaborate with our founder on technical solutioning and architecture discussions
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Marketing Responsibilities (40%)
- Develop and execute our B2B marketing strategy across digital channels
- Create compelling content that showcases our AI-first Salesforce expertise (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn content)
- Build and nurture our thought leadership presence in the Salesforce and AI communities
- Manage our website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and marketing automation
- Plan and execute targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns
- Represent the company at Salesforce events, conferences, and community gatherings (Dreamforce, local user groups, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing ROI and pipeline contribution
- Manage our brand identity and positioning in the market
- Marketing Collateral
- Build and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
- Partner with customers to create and amplify success stories.
- Social & Digital Presence
- Manage and grow ’s presence on LinkedIn (organic + paid).
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
- Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
- Events & Showcases
- Drive brand presence at Salesforce events, SaaS conferences, and partner showcases.
- Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Who You AreRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology services
- 3+ years of marketing experience with proven ability to generate qualified leads
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual quota experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Experience selling to C-suite and VP-level decision makers
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong marketing skills including content creation, digital marketing, and brand development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and build processes from scratch
- Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
- A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Highly Valued
- Existing network within the Salesforce community or ecosystem
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator)
- Experience marketing or selling AI/ML solutions
- Background in Salesforce ISV partner ecosystem
- Understanding of Salesforce technical architecture and AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, Data Cloud)
- Previous experience in a startup or small consultancy environment
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot, etc.)
