B2B SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients and business partners.- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets.- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.- Corporate Gifting & Event Solutions: Offer customized corporate gifting and event planning solutions tailored to client needs.- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle price negotiations, contract finalizations, and ensure profitable deal closures.- Market Research & Expansion: Analyze market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and recommend strategies for growth.- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to align sales efforts with brand objectives.- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and revenue reports.Key Requirements:- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development.- Industry Knowledge: Experience in event planning, corporate gifting, hospitality, luxury services, or related industries is preferred.- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Personality Traits: Goal-oriented, persuasive, and proactive with a passion for sales and corporate relationship building.
