B2B Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive / Manager at our company in Mumbai, your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales deals to support business growth. You will be responsible for: - Identifying and pursuing latest sales opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach. - Understanding and effectively communicating the value of our software solutions to potential clients. - Managing and maintaining the sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Collaborating with marketing and technical teams to address client needs. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. - Setting up meetings, delivering compelling presentations, and product demos. - Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences on behalf of the company. - Collecting and relaying customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. - Ensuring smooth client onboarding and product implementation post-sale. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree - 1 year of experience in B2B software sales - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Fluent in English, Hindi, & Gujarati (Preferably) - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office - Tech-savvy with social media, email, and internet proficiency - Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations - Fast learner with a passion for sales - Self-driven and customer-focused Key Skills needed for this role are: - Persuasion and negotiation - Presentation and public speaking - Client management and relationship building - Purposeful mindset This is a full-time position requiring in-person work in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
