Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive corporate and institutional sales for our portfolio. This role will focus on onboarding resellers, franchise partners, bulk buyers, and business clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across industries (hospitality, retail, distributors, institutions). Pitch product offerings (e.g., frozen foods, outlet partnerships, franchise models) to potential clients. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Close deals and ensure post-sales coordination for order execution, documentation, and onboarding. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, or business meets when needed. Prepare regular reports on client interactions, deal status, and revenue forecasts. Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG/QSR/Franchise/Distribution preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to thrive in a startup environment. Compensation Commission Structure: 4% commission on sales up to ₹5 Lakhs/month 5% commission on sales above ₹5 Lakhs/month
