Role Overview
The B2B Manager – Corporate Training will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business partnerships across corporates, colleges/universities, and K–12 institutions for SkillzRevo Academy’s training portfolio. This includes solutions in Data Science, AI, Generative AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, BI, DevOps, Emerging Tech, and Professional Skills Training.
The role requires strong industry networking, consultative selling skills, and the ability to present training solutions to decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D Managers, CHROs, Deans, Principals, and Academic Directors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development – Corporate Sector
Identify and onboard corporate clients for technical and professional training programs.
Establish relationships with HR, L&D, CTO, CIO, and departmental heads.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability demonstrations.
Understand organizational training needs and propose customized learning solutions.
Drive end-to-end corporate sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closure.

2. Institutional Sales – Colleges & Universities
Build partnerships with colleges and universities for student career programs, tech skill development, and certification courses.
Collaborate with placement cells, training & development departments, and academic leadership.
Propose student-centric solutions like bootcamps, certification tracks, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDP).

3. K–12 School Outreach
Build relationships with schools for AI, coding, robotics, computational thinking, and STEM programs.
Collaborate with school principals, academic coordinators, and program heads.
Promote SkillzRevo’s K-12 learning modules and workshops.

4. Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline across sectors (corporate, higher education, K-12).
Prepare proposals, quotations, MoUs, and commercial discussions.
Upsell and cross-sell SkillzRevo Academy’s training portfolio.

5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat business.
Ensure seamless coordination with training operations and delivery teams.
Resolve client queries, ensure client satisfaction, and monitor training outcomes.

6. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
Identify new training opportunities, industry gaps, and emerging technology demands.
Provide strategic input to product development teams for new programs.
