About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer for one of our esteemed MNC clients. The selected candidate will lead the Rally to Azure DevOps migration initiative by defining technical architecture, ensuring data integrity, and aligning with enterprise standards while minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the technical architecture and migration roadmap from Rally to ADO.
• Drive strategic decisions on tooling, data fidelity, field mapping, and process harmonization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams.
• Conduct risk management and lead resolution for infrastructure, data, or access-related issues.
• Guide engineers on technical implementation, workflow mapping, and transformation logic.
• Own the cutover strategy, rollback plans, data validation, and post-migration support.
• Promote ADO best practices across boards, queries, dashboards, and analytics.
• Present migration status, risks, and insights to program leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Rally and Azure DevOps, including data models and customization.
• Proven experience in large-scale Agile tool migrations.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, data pipelines, and transformation logic.
• Strong understanding of DevOps workflows, enterprise integrations, and agile project management tools.
• Knowledge of Azure AD integration, permissions, and compliance policies.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise-wide ADO rollout (CI/CD, Boards, Portfolio Management).
• Knowledge of reporting migration from Rally to ADO + Power BI.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (SOX, GDPR) during migrations.
• Experience in SDLC, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹170,000.00 per month
