Raise, Escalate and manage tickets to OEM support. Developing build / implementation documentation related to server hardware and POD solutions. Security Management: Implementing security policies on the UCS, HP & Dell platform, including access controls, encryption, and firmware updates. Hardware Validation and Testing: Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate hardware functionality and reliability. Identifying and resolving hardware defects through rigorous testing processes.
