• Hands-on experience in Platform Engineering with Azure (AKS, VMs, KeyVault, App Gateway, Log Analytics).
• Expertise in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Strong background in automation, scripting (Linux/Unix, PowerShell), and cloud-native deployments.
• Practical experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Deep understanding of cloud solution design—security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Ability to own delivery pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational excellence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a global setup.
• Mentors teams, promotes DevSecOps culture, and drives continuous improvement.
• Experience with Azure Service Fabric, CosmosDB, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Puppet).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic).
• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT).
• Awareness of cloud cost optimization and governance.
• German language proficiency is a plus.
