Job Title: Azure Data Factory ( Power BI & SQL )Location: Pan IndiaExperience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled

Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Power BI

to join our Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team. The role involves designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, robust ETL processes, and delivering interactive dashboards. The candidate should have a solid foundation in

cloud data architecture, SQL, and Microsoft Azure BI tools

.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Data Engineering

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using ADF, implementing Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers).
  • Perform advanced data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment using ADF and SQL.
  • Ingest data from sources such as SharePoint Excel, Azure Blob, and Azure Synapse.
  • Create and optimize SQL views, stored procedures, and functions to support reporting needs.
  • Integrate with Azure Synapse Notebooks; monitor performance, error handling, and orchestration.
  • Ensure data validation, integrity checks, and efficiency across pipeline processes.

Power BI Development

  • Build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service.
  • Implement data connectivity with Import, DirectQuery, and Hybrid modes.
  • Apply Row-Level Security (RLS) – both static and dynamic using DAX.
  • Manage deployment pipelines across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
  • Define workspace audiences for role-based access (e.g., HR, Finance).
  • Enhance dashboards using bookmarks, drill-through, slicers, and custom visuals.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Power BI for workflow triggers and interactive reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

Power BI

  • Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Power Query (M language).
  • Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and complex relationships.
  • Experience with advanced visuals: drill-through filters, synchronized slicers, bookmarks, etc.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps integration and workflow automation.

ADF & Data Engineering

  • Hands-on experience in ADF pipeline development and orchestration.
  • Strong SQL skills: scripting, query optimization, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, structured & unstructured data ingestion.
  • Experience with cloud-native data transformations and large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications: DP-203 (Data Engineering) or PL-300 (Power BI).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
