Overview

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and scalable deployment systems. This role requires deep expertise in AWS and a strong focus on delivery ownership, performance, and security. You’ll be responsible for enabling fast, reliable, and secure software delivery across multiple projects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation systems using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.
• Create, maintain, and optimize AWS environments (EC2, ECS, EKS, VPC, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Enable secure routing using Route 53, WAF, ALB, API Gateway, and NAT Gateway
• Ensure infrastructure security through IAM policies, KMS, Cognito MFA, and security groups
• Automate server SSL installations, renewals, and security patches
• Drive AWS cost & performance optimization strategies
• Build Proof-of-Concepts using AWS services for new features or use cases
• Ensure logging, auditing, and compliance using CloudTrail and CloudWatch
• Implement and manage secrets securely via AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault
• Document runbooks, SOPs, deployment guides, and remediation playbooks
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to define deployment strategies and standards
• Ability to handle 3 different client's DevOps

Mandatory Skills

• AWS: EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Route 53, ALB, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, KMS, etc.
• Communication workflows using Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, and Lex (chatbot)
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
• Scripting: Python, Bash/Unix Shell
• SSL & Security Patch Management
• Auto Remediation & Graded Alerting Workflows
• Strong debugging and system analysis skills
• Experience with Amazon Q, AWS Step Functions, Amazon Lex
• Familiarity with analytics tools: Athena, Glue, QuickSight
• Understanding of backup/disaster recovery best practices

Good to have

• Exposure to Amazon Connect & Contact Lens
• Cross-cloud exposure: Azure, GCP
• Experience with ELK stack or other log aggregation tools
• Knowledge of Ansible
• Active Directory & enterprise integrations
• Experience integrating alerts into Slack, PagerDuty, etc.
