You're a DevOps engineer who prioritizes prevention over firefighting. If you find satisfaction in dissecting a convoluted legacy infrastructure, architecting a more rational system, and eliminating every manual process you come across, this role is built for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in high-pressure settings where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. Your work will span a portfolio of acquired products, each carrying its own idiosyncrasies, as you migrate them into a unified, scalable AWS environment while implementing monitoring and automation that genuinely reduces incident frequency. Most organizations ask you to support one platform. We're asking you to rationalize and enhance multiple platforms without causing disruption. Where others distribute databases, we take the opposite approach, consolidating them deliberately to achieve cost efficiency and simplified management across our entire portfolio. This position isn't for someone content to tend existing infrastructure; it's for someone who looks at a disjointed, inconsistent environment and immediately begins architecting improvements. You'll take full ownership of infrastructure migrations, AI-powered automation, performance optimization, database transitions, and cost management. This means troubleshooting and resolving current issues, orchestrating smooth cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and using AI/ML-driven workflows to automate significant portions of your workload. You'll have genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure choices—no endless waiting for sign-offs from stakeholders disconnected from technical reality. If you're a self-directed problem-solver who enjoys deciphering complex systems and making them operate seamlessly, this role will energize you. If you require constant guidance, become overwhelmed managing multiple technology stacks, or favor greenfield projects over creating structure from disorder, this position will frustrate you. If you're prepared to assume responsibility for a high-impact infrastructure role with opportunities to build, refine, and automate at scale, submit your application today!

What You Won’t Be Doing

- Justifying budget for essential improvements - we recognize the strategic value of infrastructure investment
