Job TitleAW Project ManagerThe Innovation Project Manager 50 is responsible for executing small innovation projects within specified parameters, leveraging existing solutions for faster development or leading single-discipline projects contributing to broader innovation initiatives under general supervision. The role actively participates in change efforts and establishes influential relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with project teams to ensure smooth execution, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and escalating issues when necessary. The role contributes to project planning, maintains accurate documentation, and seeks opportunities for improvement while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role demonstrates a customer-centric approach throughout the project lifecycle, and exercises judgement within defined procedures, applying analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead global artwork projects from initiation to closure, collaborating with teams across the US, Europe, and China.
- Define project scope and develop detailed schedules using Smartsheets, MS Project, and standardized templates.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimations to support planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure execution aligns with project guidelines, directives, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, define corrective actions, and drive resolution to ensure successful delivery.
- Allocate and direct project resources in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews with internal and external stakeholders, including business groups, to align on strategy, plans, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate weekly work priorities with vendors and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project budgets, track invoices, and report financial status, escalating issues as needed.
- Establish a regular cadence for status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
- Coordinate print proof deliveries to Communications Designers and printing suppliers based on input from Content Specialists.
- Take full ownership of achieving critical KPIs for the CCE group.

Minimum Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management OR Vocational Education in Project Management or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent.
