AVP Sales

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team to achieve strategic planning goals for growing business in both B2C and B2B branches. You will provide advice to clients on profitable investment opportunities in equity, commodity, and currency products, while maintaining regular communication through personal visits, telephone calls, and correspondence. Your role will involve creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, identifying, acquiring, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, as well as delivering excellent customer support. Additionally, you will need to plan projects and activities systematically in alignment with business priorities, stay updated on competitor activity, products, and services, and actively participate in sales meetings. Core responsibilities include managing the team and their activities, developing and increasing market share across all segments, generating business from existing and new clients to meet business targets, achieving individual sales targets for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and strategically planning to grow business while managing relationships with HNI and retail clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating mutually profitable investment opportunities with clients, planning projects and activities in line with business priorities, attending and contributing to sales meetings, and measuring customer satisfaction levels.
