Job Description

Role Overview: Siemens Financial Services Private Limited (SFSPL) is a leading provider of customized equipment/working capital finance solutions with a strong presence across India. As a Sales and Product Management professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales targets, developing factoring products, enhancing existing offerings, and managing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams for product development, coordinating with regional heads, and providing training and support to sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for factoring products. - Identify potential clients and market segments for factoring services. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities. - Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and implement product enhancements based on market intelligence and customer feedback. - Liaise with regional heads to understand market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape in different regions. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and address client inquiries and concerns. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
