Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute business strategies for hybrid and storage inverter solutions in line with company growth plans.
Define short- and long-term sales objectives and ensure target achievement in domestic and export markets.
Collaborate with top management to align product roadmap and market strategy.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hybrid, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and microgrid markets.
Build partnerships with EPCs, IPPs, system integrators, and channel partners.
Lead negotiations and commercial closures for large-scale hybrid/storage projects.
Expand sales channels through distributors and strategic partners across India and key global markets.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction through seamless coordination between sales, service, and technical teams.
Provide timely and customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
Technical & Commercial Expertise
Work closely with the technical team to develop customized hybrid and storage solutions.
Conduct techno-commercial presentations and support bid preparation for tenders and projects.
Stay updated on evolving storage technologies, energy management systems, and grid regulations.
Team Management & Development
Lead a team of regional managers and business development executives.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical and sales capabilities.
Ensure performance management and capability-building within the sales team.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor and report sales performance, market share, and business pipeline.
Ensure effective CRM utilization for lead management and forecasting.
Collaborate with finance and logistics for credit control and smooth order execution.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
· Minimum 12–18 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales within the renewable energy or power electronics industry.
· At least 5+ years in hybrid inverter / energy storage system sales with proven track record in achieving sales targets.
· Experience in working with EPCs, IPPs, and project developers in solar + storage projects preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,233,194.21 - ₹2,615,447.33 per year
