Job Description

As an experienced professional in enterprise data architecture, sales leadership, and revenue generation, your role will involve: - Developing and executing strategies to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets. - Identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value business opportunities across industries. - Building and managing a scalable sales pipeline with measurable ROI and growth outcomes. You will also be responsible for: - Designing, defining, and overseeing enterprise-level data architecture frameworks. - Ensuring alignment between data strategy and business objectives. - Collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, ML, and Cloud Data Platforms. In addition, you will: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners. - Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on data transformation, governance, and modernization initiatives. - Lead business presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to win new clients. Furthermore, you will contribute to: - Defining and refining product offerings based on client needs and market insights. - Driving go-to-market (GTM) plans and delivery excellence with cross-functional teams. - Analyzing market trends and competitor positioning to inform product direction. Your role will also involve: - Leading and mentoring teams of data architects, sales leaders, and business consultants. - Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance. - Driving cross-functional alignment between sales, delivery, and product teams. Key Skills & Competencies: - Proven track record in enterprise data architecture, sales leadership, and revenue generation. - Strong understanding of data management frameworks, cloud ecosystems, and digital transformation. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to blend technical insight and business foresight. - Experience defining data-driven solutions and leading high-impact client engagements. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 Institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent). - Minimum 18 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, or data-driven technology roles. - Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms or leading IT services organizations preferred.,
