AVP - Investor Relations & Strategy

About The Opportunity

• Lead IPO-readiness analysis: conduct industry, peer and macro research to inform DRHP inputs, investor materials and fundraising positioning.
• Build and maintain robust financial models and valuation analyses to support positioning, benchmarking and strategic decisions (including M&A diligence).
• Prepare compelling investor pitch decks, quarterly investor presentations, briefing notes and Q&A for management interactions with investors and analysts.
• Manage investor queries, maintain investor contact database and track shareholder movements and sentiment to surface actionable feedback for leadership.
• Coordinate with Company Secretary, Finance and Legal to ensure timely regulatory filings, earnings releases and disclosures aligned with SEBI LODR requirements.
• Monitor analyst coverage, media and competitive activity; deliver concise insights and recommendations to support corporate strategy and market narrative.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 6-8 years in buy-side/sell-side equity research, investor relations or corporate strategy roles with direct exposure to capital markets.
• Proven financial modelling and valuation experience (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) and comfort building board/management-ready models.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; experience preparing investor decks, earnings scripts and analyst Q&A.
• Practical knowledge of SEBI LODR disclosure requirements and experience coordinating regulatory filings or investor disclosures.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with investor CRM or shareholder tracking tools.
• Based in Bangalore and available full-time for an on-site/hybrid role as required.
  

Preferred

• Worked in a listed entity’s IR team or in equity research covering consumer, rental/subscription or new-age tech companies.
• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent.
• Experience supporting M&A financial due diligence and post-merger integration inputs.
