What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Python-based services

  (APIs, scripts, jobs) that integrate SaaS tools and internal data stores.
• Build

  automation pipelines

  for email parsing, document processing, lead routing, billing, reporting, and alerting.
• Create

  clean APIs

  (REST/webhooks) and, when needed,

  lightweight UIs

  for operations dashboards and admin tools.
• Implement

  observability

  (logs/metrics),

  error handling

  , retries, and

  alerts

  for reliability at scale.
• Write

  tests

  , own deploys, and document workflows for maintainability.
• Collaborate with product/ops stakeholders to translate requirements into shippable automation features.

What we're looking for

• Programming (Primary): Python (FastAPI/Flask), requests/httpx, JSON handling, regex; solid structuring of services/jobs
• Data & Storage: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/BigQuery), schema design, query optimization; CSV/JSON parsing; basic ETL patterns.
• APIs & Webhooks: Designing/consuming REST APIs, OAuth 2.0/API keys, webhook listeners, pagination, rate-limit handling, idempotency.
• Automation Platforms: Zapier/Make/n8n (at least one) for rapid prototyping and glue logic where pragmatic.
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), job schedulers (CRON/Cloud Scheduler), secrets management.
• Testing & Quality: Unit/integration tests (pytest), typing (mypy/pyright optional), linting/formatting (ruff/black)
• Front-end (Nice Core): Basic React/TypeScript for ops dashboards/admin tools (or willingness to learn quickly).
