What You Will Build & Manage

Amazon Operational Automations

• Inventory health tracking alerts
• NCX / Account Health monitoring
• Listing suppression & stranded inventory alerts
• Automated catalog workflows
• PPC report extraction + processing
• Daily/weekly sales dashboards
• Buy Box, price change & competitor monitoring signals

Internal Agency Automations

• Using/Adding Project management tools for client pipelines & task boards
• Automated lead intake + qualification workflows
• Client onboarding workflows
• Performance dashboards for each team
• Automated monthly reporting for clients
• Cross-department task routing (PPC → Catalog → Design → AM)

Workflow & Integration Engineering

• Build automated flows using Zapier / Make / n8n / webhooks
• Integrate Amazon, Shopify, Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, Airtable
• Create AI-driven workflow assistants using ChatGPT API
• Connect APIs to unify data sources and reduce human workload
• Build internal microsystems using JavaScript / AppScript.

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Have proven experience building automations across digital tools
• Must have knowledge of advanced formulas, interfaces, automations)
• Can build workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks
• Understand APIs (Amazon SP-API, Shopify, etc.)
• Know basic coding (JavaScript / App Script / Python / PHP)
• Can create clear dashboards & reporting systems
• Understand how eCommerce & Amazon operations work
• Have a proactive, problem-solver mindset
• Communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in an Amazon agency, brand, or seller environment
• Experience automating PPC reporting, catalog processes, or inventory systems
• Passion for AI tools, ChatGPT, LLM-powered workflows
• Knowledge of project tools like Slack, or Notion
• Ability to create prototypes, mini-apps, or internal tools

Turn every slow, manual, repetitive task inside the agency into an automated, efficient, scalable workflow—so our Amazon sellers and internal teams can grow faster, smarter, and with zero friction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
