What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Hands-on experience with

  RPA platforms

  such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in

  Selenium WebDriver

  for web application testing and writing automated test scripts in Java or Python using frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
• Strong understanding of

  business process mapping

  , optimization, and identifying automation opportunities across both business and technical workflows.
• Working knowledge of

  SQL databases

  , basic query writing, and familiarity with

  API integrations

  (REST/SOAP).
• Comfort with

  scripting languages

  like Python or JavaScript for task automation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with browser debugging tools and ability to

  identify UI issues

  through automation testing.
• Experience integrating test suites into

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and understanding of QA best practices.
• Solid grasp of

  IT fundamentals

  , including cloud computing, networking, and security best practices.
• Excellent

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  , with keen attention to detail for ensuring smooth automation execution.
• Strong

  communication and collaboration skills

  to work across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  RPA bots

  to automate manual, repetitive tasks.
• Build and maintain

  automated test scripts

  for our internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
• Collaborate with operations, data, QA, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Create detailed process maps and documentation to support both RPA and QA automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing bots and test scripts to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with data security and privacy standards.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve bot and test execution performance.
• Stay updated on emerging RPA and test automation technologies, recommending innovations to improve quality and efficiency.
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development

  and/or

  QA test automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare, finance, or insurance sectors is a bonus.
• A strong interest in healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
