Description
As the Automation Specialist , you’ll design, build, and manage marketing automation systems that support our clients' webinar funnels , with a strong focus on WhatsApp marketing , lead segmentation, booking automation, and CRM integration. Key Responsibilities Design and build full automation systems for webinar funnels: registration → reminders (email/SMS/WhatsApp) → show-up optimization → follow-ups → call bookings → post-call flows. Integrate and automate tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, WhatsApp Business API / Twilio, Calendly, ActiveCampaign, Google Sheets, and other client CRMs. Set up WhatsApp messaging automations for webinar reminders, lead nurturing, and post-webinar follow-ups. Create and manage dynamic workflows with tagging, conditional logic, lead routing, and pipeline automation. Build automations that track no-shows, drop-offs, late bookings, and other funnel events for reporting and optimization. Ensure clean data transfer and integration between platforms (CRM, webinar tools, booking systems, analytics). Collaborate with Funnel Strategists and Media Buyers to align backend workflows with campaign goals and timelines. Regularly audit and optimize existing automations for performance, reliability, and scalability. Document systems, build SOPs, and troubleshoot any automation breakdowns quickly. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, funnel systems, and CRM workflows—preferably in the coaching or online education space. Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing tools (e.g., Twilio, 360dialog, GHL WhatsApp integrations). Advanced experience with Zapier or Make (Integromat) for cross-platform automation. Strong understanding of webinar funnels, lead nurturing, booking flows, and segmentation logic.
