Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional with expertise in AutoDesk, CAD, and PLM sales to join our team as a Senior Sales Representative.

In this role, you will play a critical role in growing our existing business and identifying new logos to expand our client base. Technical sales experience and SOW (Statement of Work) development skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive the growth of our AutoDesk, CAD, an d PLM business, focusing on both existing and new clients.

- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring custom er satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within the target market through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.- Condu ct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.

- Collaborate c losely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our products and services.

- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing deals and managing ongoing cu stomer relationships.

- Understand clients' technical requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our AutoDesk , CAD, and PLM solutions.

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs, market demand, and potential product enhancements.

- Prepare and negotiate contracts, including SOWs, to ensure clear expectations, delive rables, and successful project implementation.- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry advancements, technologies, and best practic es in the AutoDesk, CAD, and PLM fields.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on AutoDesk, CAD, or PLM sales.

- Technical sales experience and the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.

- Demonstrated experience in SOW development and contract negoti ation.

- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.

- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
