Job Description

As an Audit Manager at HSAG, you will be responsible for conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits of Private Limited Companies in sectors like Manufacturing, Trading, and Services. Your duties will include maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements up to finalization, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing funds, assessing risks, and monitoring cash flows and financial reports. Key Responsibilities: - Independently conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits of Private Limited Companies - Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements up to finalization - Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities - Managing funds, assessing risks, and monitoring cash flows and financial reports - Presenting audit reports to management and providing key recommendations for improvement - Working with Equity & Debt Market, Derivatives, Portfolio Management, and Wealth Management - Identifying accounting and auditing issues, ensuring statutory compliances, and suggesting improvements to control systems and procedures - Handling Internal and Statutory audits, assisting with tax assessments, and supporting senior colleagues in reviewing financial statements and preparing audit reports Qualifications Required: - Technical expertise in Audit and Assurance - Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, and provisions of relevant Acts such as the Companies Act 2020 and CARO - Knowledge of IndAS will be considered an added advantage - Effective communication, presentation, and coaching skills - Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments, manage ambiguity, meet deadlines - Strong background in auditing and financial management If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and meet the qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to share your updated profile with us at shraddha.gonga@hsag.in.
