We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to oversee and manage statutory filings and lead our compliance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI filings , along with strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate the compliance team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI filings. Manage and guide a team of compliance staff. Monitor changes in compliance laws and ensure the team is up to date. Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of statutory filing procedures. Team management and coordination skills. Good communication and documentation abilities.
