Audience Acquisition & Events - Senior Operations Manager

As a dynamic Senior Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading audience acquisition and managing multiple online and offline events & campaigns. Your role will require strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in driving attendance growth and client engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries. - Utilize multi-channel outreach to maximize attendance and engagement. - Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases for accurate targeting. - Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and logistics. - Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations. - Manage senior client relationships and partner with stakeholders to build strategic alliances. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team, defining KRAs and ensuring structured training. **Qualifications & Skills:** - 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. - Proven track record in driving audience acquisition for large-scale events. - Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing and P&L management. - Exceptional leadership, team management, and analytical skills. - MBA/PGDM preferred.
