Audience Acquisition & Events - Senior Operations Manager

As a dynamic Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading audience acquisition and managing multiple online and offline events & campaigns. Your role will require strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in driving attendance growth and client engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for various events and campaigns. - Utilize multi-channel outreach to maximize attendance and engagement. - Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases for accurate targeting. - Drive consistent audience growth with a focus on conversion and retention. - Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events, collaborating with teams and partners. - Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations for maximum ROI. - Implement data-driven strategies to measure event success and customer engagement. - Manage senior client relationships and build strategic alliances with partners. - Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, monitoring performance and providing structured training. **Qualifications & Skills:** - 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, and stakeholder engagement. - Proven track record in driving audience acquisition for large-scale events and campaigns. - Expertise in multi-channel marketing and hands-on experience in P&L management. - Strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and proficiency in CRM tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - MBA/PGDM preferred.
