Job Description

As an Assistant Team Lead - Omni Channel, you will be responsible Manage execute & reviewing daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, and Meta platforms for a variety of clients. This role demands hands-on experience, analytical precision, and a performance-driven mindset. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver ROI-positive campaigns, utilizing your in-depth understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ad performance metrics.

In this role, you will work closely with the PPC team to implement strategies that drive engagement, improve visibility, and generate measurable results. Your responsibilities will include campaign setup, performance monitoring, basic data analysis, and reporting. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, execute & review daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing, Meta, Quora, Twitter, Taboola, Outbrain, Colombia, and other such platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Maintain and monitor account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
  • Provide creative copy and graphical ad suggestions.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with digital marketing and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
  • Communication to the team and management on project development, timeline, and results.
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
  • Set up conversion tracking, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation.
  • A/B test ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, industry trends, and algorithm updates.
  • 5 to 7.5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta campaigns.
