Job Description

ATL/BTL Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

ATL / BTL Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute

    site branding, outdoor campaigns, print advertising, exhibitions

    , and

    property launch events

    .
  • Develop

    BTL campaigns

    , including

    society activations, on-ground promotions, and site experience initiatives

    to engage potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing collateral, signage, and experiential content for campaigns.
  • Monitor ATL/BTL campaign performance and optimize for maximum visibility and lead generation.

Site Experience & Client Engagement

  • Enhance

    site experience

    for prospective buyers, ensuring brand consistency and premium client interactions.
  • Collaborate with Post-Sales and Sales teams to ensure

    seamless client journeys

    from site visit to booking.
  • Support

    Resale Post Sales, Developer Welcome Call, BRC, Deal Login Confirmation, Mandate Post Sales

    processes through on-ground client interactions.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and leads generated from ATL/BTL activities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for decision-making and strategy refinement.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in

    ATL and BTL marketing, site branding, and experiential campaigns

    .
  • Knowledge of

    print, outdoor, exhibitions, and society activations

    .
  • Understanding of

    real estate post-sales operations

    is a plus.
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in

    ATL/BTL marketing, brand activations, or real estate marketing

    .
  • Proven track record in managing

    site branding, outdoor campaigns, and experiential marketing

    .
  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
