Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst. Training Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes employee growth and development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using technology for training delivery and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
