Asst. Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as an ASM (Assistant Sales Manager) at Shini Plastics Technologies India Pvt Ltd, located in Chakan. The company is a part of the renowned SHINI group with manufacturing facilities in multiple countries. With 50 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing plastic auxiliary equipment, SHINI focuses on enhancing the efficiency and profitability of the plastic manufacturing industry by providing flexible and simple solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge of the plastic manufacturing industry and related equipment. - Utilize proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Manage sales effectively, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. - Conduct market research, identify business development opportunities, and implement strategies. - Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Work collaboratively within a team and exhibit strong leadership abilities. Qualification Required: - Desired Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - 4 to 6 years of experience in sales roles. - Skills in sales and negotiation, industry knowledge, CRM, market research, technical understanding, communication, leadership, project management, data-driven decision-making, adaptability, problem-solving, pricing and cost analysis, compliance, and quality standards. - An MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.
