Asst Manager Technical Sales

Prócer, the process equipment division of Kinemach Engineering and Machines Pvt Ltd, specializes in designing and manufacturing advanced mixing systems for Food, Pharma, Cosmetic, and Chemical industries. Key responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Drive sales of mixing equipment, including inline high shear mixers and powder-liquid mixing systems, to targeted industries.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities, customers, and applications.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Food, Pharma, Cosmetic, and Chemical sectors.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to customers, providing solutions tailored to their process requirements.

Technical Expertise:

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate mixing equipment solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process, including equipment selection, customization, and integration.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide feedback to the management and R&D teams for product enhancements and new developments.

Sales Process Management:

• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in process equipment for Food, Pharma, Cosmetic, and Chemical industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of mixing technologies and process equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in target sectors.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office suite

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
