Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Executive - L&D in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, specifically at Hyatt Place.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve performance and productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage the overall learning and development budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage audiences effectively.
Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted programs.
Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is desirable.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
