Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, headcount planning, and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and organizational culture.
Maintain and track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed of hiring.

2. Recruitment Execution

Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Handle recruitment for all corporate functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Administration.
Drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline building for niche and leadership roles.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Promote a strong employer brand across digital platforms and campus channels.
Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for employer branding initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to provide strategic hiring support.
Coordinate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and consultants.
Present regular recruitment dashboards and analytics to management.
