You will play a crucial role in building high-performing AI teams by identifying top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for

    Data Science, ML Engineering, GenAI, NLP, LLM, Analytics

    , and AI product roles.
  • Create targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across seniority levels.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Source candidates through

    LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, research communities, conferences, and advanced Boolean search

    .
  • Build and maintain a robust

    technical talent pipeline

    for future hiring needs.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, AI Research, and HR leadership to understand job requirements.
  • Advise hiring teams on

    market insights, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability

    .

Candidate Evaluation & Screening

  • Conduct initial behavioral screenings for roles like:
    • Data Scientist (Junior/Senior)
    • ML Engineer
    • GenAI Engineer
    • NLP/LLM Specialist

Process Management

  • Drive a smooth and structured recruitment workflow including scheduling, interview loops, hiring panel coordination, and feedback management.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely reporting to leadership.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the company professionally to candidates and promote employer value proposition.
  • Maintain positive candidate experiences with timely communication and feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • 510 years of technical recruiting experience

    , with significant focus on

    Data Science and AI hiring

    .
  • Proven experience hiring for roles involving

    GenAI, LLMs, NLP, cloud AI

    , and advanced machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML skill sets, tools, workflows, and industry terminology.
  • Expertise with

    ATS platforms

    , LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting in
