Role details
Role TitleAsst Manager Customer (Pass Thru) Procurement
LocationBengaluru, Sarajapur

About The Role :

Drive global/regional supply strategies for Wipro Customer business across all the geographies -- Purchasing & Contracting of IT Products & Services, knowledge of software licenses procurement, Manpower & data centre Services.

Knowledge about INCO Terms, taxes & International labor laws and regulations including minimum wages.

Involvement in activities like RFP/RFQ, offer receipt, Evaluation of Vendor Packages, Techno-commercial evaluation, Benchmarking, Negotiation, Finalization of order, contracting strategy, release purchase order/work order etc.

Leverage the spend and deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative supply strategies.

Empanel in best-in-class suppliers in services procurement area and help them to grow their business with Wipro.

Negotiate contracts and ensure Wipro’s interest are protected in the marketplace.

Develop & analyze various options and present alternative solutions to sourcing needs.

Responsible for supplier relationship & performance management, Partner with the business leadership & clients to enable short- and long-term strategies.

Ensure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy.

Ability to learn new technologies and able to do change management effectively.

Conduct RFPs to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained for the company.

Stakeholder expectation management

Cross functional collaboration with finance and other functions

P?re-requisites

5-8 years of exeprience in IT Procurement and sourcing.

Good Knowledge of Software, Cloud, Telecom and IT Hardware procurement

Strong negotiation skills, Contract Management, Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management.
