Role Title: Asst Manager Customer (Pass Thru) Procurement

Location: Bengaluru, Sarajapur

• Drive global/regional supply strategies for Wipro Customer business across all the geographies -- Purchasing & Contracting of IT Products & Services, knowledge of software licenses procurement, Manpower & data centre Services.
• Knowledge about INCO Terms, taxes & International labor laws and regulations including minimum wages.
• Involvement in activities like RFP/RFQ, offer receipt, Evaluation of Vendor Packages, Techno-commercial evaluation, Benchmarking, Negotiation, Finalization of order, contracting strategy, release purchase order/work order etc.
• Leverage the spend and deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative supply strategies.
• Empanel in best-in-class suppliers in services procurement area and help them to grow their business with Wipro.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure Wipro’s interest are protected in the marketplace.
• Develop & analyze various options and present alternative solutions to sourcing needs.
• Responsible for supplier relationship & performance management, Partner with the business leadership & clients to enable short- and long-term strategies.
• Ensure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy.
• Ability to learn new technologies and able to do change management effectively.
• Conduct RFPs to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained for the company.
• Stakeholder expectation management
• Cross functional collaboration with finance and other functions

P͏re-requisites

• 5-8 years of exeprience in IT Procurement and sourcing.
• Good Knowledge of Software, Cloud, Telecom and IT Hardware procurement
• Strong negotiation skills, Contract Management, Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management.
