Job Description

Key Responsibilities :Accounts Payable:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice verification, approvals, posting, and payments.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and adherence to payment terms.
  • Verify tax applicability (GST, TDS) on invoices and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct vendor reconciliations monthly/quarterly and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure accuracy and completeness in ERP system.
  • Coordinate with procurement and internal departments for invoice clearance and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare aging reports of payables and assist in cash outflow forecasting.

Bank Operations:

  • Monitor daily bank transactions including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and fund transfers.
  • Prepare and process online banking transactions; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Perform bank reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Liaise with banks for operational matters such as charges, new account setup, and facility documentation.
  • Assist in cash flow management and daily fund position reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and banking policies.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Support audits (internal, statutory, tax) by preparing and submitting required documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports related to payables and banking activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit trails and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in accounts payable and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Indian tax regulations including GST and TDS.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
