About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership & Strategy

  – Oversee the nationwide sales team, define and implement short- and long-term sales strategies, and ensure targets are met.

• Policy Formulation & Execution

  – Draft, refine, and enforce sales policies, processes, and SOPs aligned with business goals.

• Team Management & Development

  – Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management. Support hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the team.

• Sales Channel Management

  – Take strategic decisions on channels (distribution, retail, modern trade, institutional, veterinary-focused) and strengthen the dealer/distributor network.

• Business Growth & Expansion

  – Identify new territories, customer segments, and opportunities to grow market share. Build and nurture customer relationships for retention.

• Reporting & Analysis

  – Track sales performance with regular MIS and reports. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on risks, trends, and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of proven managerial experience in FMCG sales (veterinary/animal health background preferred)
• Expertise in channel sales, policy drafting, and people management
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment
