Job Description

As an AVP Sales & Account Management at Thriwe Consulting Pvt. Ltd., your role involves building strong relationships with existing clients and hunting for new client relationships. Your goal is to identify client needs, promote the company's solutions, and achieve mutual satisfaction to sustain and grow the business for long-term success. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Implement extensive solution and need-based cross-selling and up-selling of Thriwe's offerings to existing clients to enhance the relationship. - Drive new business sales by targeting prospective clients in the BFSI and non-banking sectors such as FMCG, electronics, e-commerce, automobiles, OEMs, and more. - Generate and convert fresh sales leads across India, guiding them from prospecting to closure. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence. - Identify new revenue streams, create winning sales pitches, and deliver impactful client-specific presentations. - Explore untapped markets with innovative sales initiatives, programs, and campaigns. - Monitor industry movements, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify high-potential opportunities. - Utilize strong analytics to evaluate customer behavior, buying patterns, and decision-making drivers across multiple touchpoints. - Meet sales targets consistently by focusing on pipeline building and swift deal closures. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, demonstrating success in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing client relationships. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers. - Strong analytical and numerical abilities to assess opportunities and build compelling business cases. - Proficiency in sales tools, CRM, and industry-standard practices for pipeline management. - High energy, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively across territories to pursue new business. - Strong presentation and pitching skills, with confidence in engaging CXO-level stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills, a go-getter attitude, and relentless pursuit of business growth. - Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets in previous roles. In addition to the specified requirements, preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a Loyalty and/or rewards company catering to banks, hospitality, aviation, automobiles, etc., as their B2B institutional clients. Product, portfolio, and partnership managers from banks and card networks looking to transition to the sell-side will also be considered, subject to meeting the skill sets, experience, and track record mentioned above.,
