As the AVP Sales (Bureau & Analytics) at CRIF High Mark, you will manage existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, and lead sales activities within your customer portfolio. You will interact with decision-makers from various sectors, including PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs, Telecom Companies, and Insurance providers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage B2B accounts and acquire new customers in the assigned geography. - Lead a team of Client Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets. - Network with key account stakeholders to understand their requirements. - Identify and manage potential opportunities within existing customer relationships. - Generate incremental revenue by prospecting sales opportunities from new customers. - Develop expertise in CRIF High Mark's products and collaborate to address customer requirements. - Create sales pitches based on use cases, derive insights from data, and identify business opportunities. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM. - Demonstrate self-driven behavior towards increasing individual competence. Desired/Preferred Skills: - Postgraduate; Preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing. - 10+ years of experience in B2B BFSI Sales, relationship management, or selling information services. - Understanding of credit bureau solutions and lending systems in India. - Knowledge of sales to banking, insurance, or telecom clients, with an understanding of customer lifecycle. - Proficiency in technology, data analytics, and IT systems. - Previous experience in Institutional Sales and Business Development. - Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software. - Flexibility to travel as needed.
