Job Description – Marketing ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic marketing manager with focused experience in PR, Social Media & Content Management to be a key contributor to our Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing a fully integrated PR and Social Media strategy, amplifying CRIF’s reputation and brand voice across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities1.Strategic Communication & Brand Positioninga.Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and Social Media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.b.Craft impactful content supporting PR, Social Media, and SEO, tailored for diverse audiences and optimal platforms.c.Define success metrics and analyse performance to continuously improve strategy.d.Work closely with external agencies to optimise brand outreach2.Content Development & Thought Leadershipa.Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content including media releases, thought leadership articles, social media narratives, videos, presentations, and more.b.Maintain consistency in corporate messaging, ensuring a cohesive voice across channels.c.Work towards positioning the executive leaders and the CRIF brand and thought leaders and subject matter experts through impactful contentd.Leverage storytelling techniques to enhance brand engagement.3.Stakeholder & Crisis Communicationsa.Build and maintain strong relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and internal stakeholders.b.Provide strategic counsel on communication initiatives, ensuring effective PR coverage and brand positioning.c.Support crisis communication readiness, refining response frameworks and processes.4.Corporate Events & Product Launchesa.Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches and corporate events, optimizing multi-channel visibility.b.Identify and apply for corporate awards, enhancing brand credibility and industry recognition.5.Social Media & Digital Presencea.Oversee the creation and execution of data-driven social media campaigns, ensuring engagement and measurable impact.b.Ensure best practices across platforms, optimizing paid, earned, and owned media strategies.c.Collaborate with PR, social media, and SEO agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Qualifications & Expertisea.Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication or MBA in Marketing (preferred)b.5–8 years of experience in PR, Social Media, and Content strategy within financial services, technology, or leading PR agencies.c.Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated PR and Communications strategies with measurable impact.d.Exceptional content development and storytelling skills, adaptable across different formats and audiences.e.Strong grasp of media PR, digital branding, and social media growth strategies with a keen eye on ROI.f.Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), tools and media activations.g.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels.h.A solutions driven mindset with a capability of anticipating challenges and adapting strategiesi.A self starter who takes initiative and leads and executes with excellencej.Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
