We are seeking an Associate Vice President of Product to define, lead, and execute the product vision and roadmap. You will oversee product strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions consistently deliver value to customers and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company vision
• Lead product managers and collaborate with engineering, design, and business leaders
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer pain points
• Prioritize product initiatives to balance innovation, scalability, and customer value
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
• Partner with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategy and positioning
• Establish product KPIs, track performance, and ensure measurable outcomes
• Mentor and develop high-performing product management talent

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling products in [insert industry: SaaS, fintech, analytics, etc.]
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent strategic thinking, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate vision and influence at the executive level

Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, enterprise SaaS, or data analytics products
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
