Role Description * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts effectively. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure efficiency. * Execute month-end and year-end closing activities. * Prepare tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. * Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital project accounting. * Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. * Monitor financial transactions and accounting operations to ensure adherence to company policies. * Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. * Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations. * Collaborate with other departments to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations. Qualification * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. * Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. * Experience with financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
