Coforge is seeking a seasoned Sales professional with extensive experience in farming existing accounts within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client relationship management, especially with CXO-level stakeholders, and a deep understanding of BFSI business dynamics.
Drive revenue growth from existing BFSI clients through upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and execute account strategies to deepen client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Conduct strategic discussions to understand client needs and align solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges.
Present value propositions effectively to senior stakeholders.
Stay updated on BFSI trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
Report account performance and growth opportunities to leadership.
